Registration Procedures
Registration must be made on the offiicial Registration Form or online. Payment can be made either by credit card, local cheque or bank draft in HK Dollars. The payment must be made payable to ″UBM Medica Events (Hong Kong) Ltd - EMW″. For credit card payment, only Visa or Master cards will be accepted.

Registration Entitlements
Each registered delegate will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, he / she will be invited to participate in the scientific sessions, exhibition, satellite symposia, coffee breaks and lunches.
A copy of the programme book, and certificate of attendance will also be given to each registered delegate.
Cancellation and Refund
Written notice of cancellation must be received on or before 15 September 2011 by e-mail or fax to the secretariat. The registration fee, after deducting 50% administrative charge, will be refunded within two months after the Symposium.
There will be no refund for notice of cancellation received after 15 September 2011. However, substitute of participant is allowed, subject to approval by the Organizers. Please send substitute's details in writing to the secretariat on or before 20 September 2011. No substitution will be accepted after 20 September 2011.
Letter of Invitation
The secretariat will provide a letter of invitation upon request. This letter is to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangements only. The invitation does not imply provision of any financial or other support.
Liabilities
All delegates and accompanying persons are responsible for their own medical, accident and other necessary insurance.
